I’m Mel - mom of 2, certified fitness & nutrition coach, and proof that you can be in the best shape of your life in your 40s.
For years, I thought “fit moms” had to live on chicken and broccoli or spend hours in the gym. I tried the quick fixes, the diets, and the Monday restarts - and none of it stuck.
When I finally found a sustainable way to train and eat that worked with my mom-life, everything changed.
I got stronger, lost fat, built back my energy, and most importantly - kept the results.
That’s why I created the Fierce Mama Collective: to help other busy moms do the same. Here, fitness is simple, nutrition is realistic, and progress is about consistency - not perfection.

Perfect. Fierce in 8 was designed with beginners in mind. The workouts are simple and easy to modify so you can build strength safely without feeling intimidated.

That’s exactly why I created this program. Most plans fail because they expect perfection or don’t fit real mom life. Fierce in 8 gives you a simple, sustainable system—habits, strength, and nutrition basics—that finally works long-term.
“What if I travel or have busy weeks?”
Exactly what I expect from your life. The workouts are short, the nutrition is flexible, and I teach you strategies that work anywhere—at home, in a hotel, or on the go. We work WITH real life here, not against it
“How long are the workouts?”
Each session is about 30–45 minutes, depending on your pace. Short enough to fit into your life, long enough to deliver real results.
“What equipment do I need?”
Just a set of dumbbells, some bands and a chair or step stool band. If you have more, great. If not, you’ll still be able to do the program
“Do I need to track macros?”
No. (but you can!) I teach you a simple, mom-friendly nutrition framework. If you want to track, you can—but you’ll still see results using my protein + fiber recipes and portion strategies
“Is this safe and effective if I’m peri-menopausal?”
Yes. Strength training, protein-forward nutrition, and consistent habits are some of the most effective tools for peri-menopausal women. I’ve helped countless moms in this phase feel stronger, leaner, and more energized with this exact approach.
