Spring Into Summer Edition
For the moms 35+ who are done playing small and ready to actually do the d*mn thing.
You know exactly what you need to do. You've known for a while. You're not missing information — you're missing the plan, the accountability, and the women in your corner who won't let you ghost yourself again. Summer's coming. The bikini's coming. The family photos are coming. So either we keep overthinking it until August, or we start May 4 and show up for ourselves. Your call.

Let's stop pretending we don't know
what we need to do.
You're 35 or older. Maybe perimenopause is here, maybe it's coming. Either way you're running on broken sleep, raising kids in a world you didn't grow up in, and feeling the years adding up.
You were raised feral. Key around your neck, streetlights for a curfew, figured it out on your own. Now you're expected to do all of that, plus work, plus show up like a Pinterest mom, plus be "gentle with yourself." And the scroll-hole on your phone is full of 24-year-olds telling you to drink more water.
You don't need more permission to rest. You don't need another saved post. You know exactly what to do — you just haven't had a plan, a coach, and a group of women who are done with the bullsh*t too.
And summer is coming. The lake weekends. The pool. The BBQs. The family photos your kids will look at for the next 20 years. You can spend another one hiding in a coverup, or you can start May 4.
You're in the right place if…
You're 35+ and you're f*cking done waiting
You've spent enough years being last on the list. Your kids are older, your partner's fine, and it's time to stop playing small. This decade is yours — and you're not losing another summer to "I'll start Monday."
You already know the answers — you just need to execute
You don't need another Instagram infographic. You need a plan, a deadline, and women who'll notice if you disappear. Information isn't the issue. Follow-through is.
You actually want to enjoy this summer
Shorts. Bikini. Tank top. Sundress. Family photos where you're actually in the shot. Without another round of hating your body into submission or burning your life down in the process.
28 Days. 4 Weeks. Zero Bullsh*t.
Week 1 — Awareness & Planning
Before we do anything, we stop guessing. You learn to actually read your own data — macros, protein, what your logs are telling you. You can't out-willpower a problem you refuse to look at.
Week 2 — Stress & Sleep
Here's the one nobody talks about: perimenopausal stress + broken sleep will out-run any meal plan you throw at it. This is the week most programs skip — and it's the week that changes everything.
Week 3 — Protein & Fibre
Now we build the plate like a grown woman. Enough protein to hold your muscle. Enough fibre to feel full and regular. No apps screaming at you, no food rules, no diet brain.
Week 4 — Real Life & Summer
We pressure-test everything against actual life. Kids home. Travel weeks. BBQs and wine. Bad days and hormonal days. You leave with a system that bends with your life, not one that falls apart at the first disruption.
✦ We're not doing "perfect" here.
We're doing done. You finish with awareness, a plan, a body that feels more like yours, and a group of women who have your back for whatever comes next.
The Learning Modules
Every week you get a new module that builds on the last. Everything lives inside the app, so you can open it, save it, and come back to it anytime.
How to read your own data
Understanding macros, protein targets, and what your logs are actually telling you.
The cortisol-fat loss connection
Why stress and sleep aren't "soft" topics — they're physiology.
How to build a balanced plate
Protein targets, fibre sources, reading labels without obsessing.
Building your personal system
Minimum viable day, the comeback habit, summer survival strategies.
Moms who stopped waiting.
This is what happens when women 35+ stop doing it alone — and stop accepting that "this is just how it is now."

"I finally feel consistent."
FMC Mom"Simple, doable, and it works."
FMC Mom"The support changed everything."

Workouts That Respect Your Time
30–45 min strength workouts built for a garage, a living room, or a hotel. Beginner, intermediate, advanced, postpartum, perimenopause — pick your lane and press play.
Education That Actually Sticks
A new module each week — awareness, stress and sleep, protein and fibre, real-life systems. You walk out knowing what you're doing and why. No more guessing.
Women Who Won't Let You Ghost
Weekly coaching from me, check-ins that actually check in, and a community of women 35+ who will absolutely notice if you go quiet.

Hey, I'm Mel.
I'm a mom of two in my 40s. I'm perimenopausal, I swear like a sailor, and I built this for the woman I actually am — and the women I actually coach.
We were raised feral in the 90s. Streetlight curfew, rotary phone, figure-it-out-yourself. Now we're parenting in a digital sh*tshow, aging in a culture that pretends we disappeared at 39, and running on broken sleep and iced coffee.
I'm not here to tell you to "be gentle with yourself" as a substitute for results. I'm here to give you a plan, call you out with love, and stand next to you while you do the work. This is our decade. Let's not waste it.
Let me guess what you're thinking.
"I don't have time."
Neither does anyone else in here. That's the whole point. Everything is laid out so you stop burning hours researching and start spending minutes executing.
"I've done a hundred of these."
Yeah, alone. With no plan for the weeks your kid gets sick or your hormones tank. This one's built for actual life, by someone who's living it too.
"I'm not in shape right now."
Good. That's the whole point. You don't need to get ready to get ready. Show up on May 4 exactly as you are.
"What if I fall off?"
You will, probably once, and that's normal. The difference is you'll have a group of women and a coach who will notice and pull you back in before you disappear for another year.
Stop saving the post.
Start May 4.

Things you're probably wondering.
Do I need a gym?
Nope. Dumbbells, a resistance band, and a chair — that's it. The workouts are built for living rooms, garages, and hotel rooms on the road.
I haven't worked out in forever. Is this too much?
Not at all. There are multiple levels including beginner and postpartum-friendly. You start where you are — not where Instagram says you should be.
Will I actually lose weight?
Most moms do — looser waistband, clothes fitting differently, less puffy, more energy, better sleep. The scale isn't the only win, but yes — real, realistic shifts in 28 days. No crash, no rebound, no starting over in July.
I'm 35+ and everything's harder than it used to be. Will this work?
Yes — this challenge was literally built for you. Whether you're firmly in perimenopause or just starting to notice things shift (sleep, energy, weight not budging), we spend a whole week on the stress, sleep, and hormone stuff most programs pretend doesn't exist. You're not the problem, the plans you've tried were.
Look.
You don't need more guilt.
You don't need another "I'll start Monday."
You need a plan, a coach who's in it with you, and a group of women who won't let you disappear again.
Summer's coming either way. You're getting older either way. The only question left is whether you spend the next 28 days doing the thing — or spend the rest of the summer wishing you had.
I'm in. Let's f*cking go →
